Congratulations to Mandi Tembo on receiving the Reckitt Global Health Institute (RGHI) Fellowship. The RGHI postdoctoral program is designed to support early career researchers in the field of hygiene and health in the transition to becoming independent researchers. It is open to researchers with up to 5 years of experience post-PhD (exclusive of career breaks). During her fellowship, Mandi will continue her research in menstrual health (MH) through a project that aims to improve MH care for women in Zimbabwe by co-developing and piloting an evidence-based MH resource and training package to improve MH-seeking behaviours, quality of care and the overall wellbeing of women in Zimbabwe.
